The house where Ferruccio Busoni was born, which is part of the national Association of Memorable Houses, is a centre of music studies dedicated to the famous composer. The centre boasts numerous initiatives, thanks to a network of contacts with artists, institutions, musical organizations and universities in Italy and abroad. Also very present locally, it organizes the concert season in Empoli and various high quality cultural initiatives aimed at promoting the locations and relationships in the territory.

The house where Busoni was born is also home to a museum and an archive, both of which can be visited.
